Mental Health Awareness in February
Mental Health Awareness in February
This February, I am highlighting key awareness events.
- Time to Talk Day (5 Feb) “Brave the Big Talk”
This Time to Talk Day, let it be a powerful reminder that we don’t have to carry our burdens in silence. Whether it’s a small check-in or a deeper conversation, every connection matters. I invite you to ‘brave the big talk’—I am here to hold that space with you.”
- Eating Disorders Awareness Week (23 Feb – 1 March) “Community” Recovery and healing thrive when supported by a community that understands our unique journeys without judgment. You are not alone in your experience.
If you or someone you care about is navigating a difficult relationship with food, body image, or disordered eating, please know that you do not have to carry this alone. Healing often begins with a single connection. Here are some safe, non-judgmental spaces where you can find support and community.

I was nervous before our first session as I didn’t know what to expect but you instantly put me at ease and made me feel supported. The techniques and theories you taught me have really helped me understand and manage my anxiety, and I continue to use these techniques and skills every day. Throughout our sessions you were understanding, compassionate, kind, and you challenged my way of thinking in a way that was supportive and encouraging. I can’t thank you enough for how quickly you were able to offer me help and how much my life has changed for the better.
