I offer an initial free phone call. My fee is £60 and I currently see clients from Monday to Thursday, either in person or online. My counselling room is cosy and welcoming. I have wheelchair access and street parking is plentiful.

Free - Initial introduction call
I offer a free initial phone call session to help you decide if counselling is right for you. Please fill in the contact form or Email or Call to initiate this free session.
Regular sessions
My fee is £60p/h and I currently see clients reguarly from from Monday to Thursday, either in person or online. My counselling room is cosy and welcoming. I have wheelchair access and street parking is plentiful.
I offer a 10% discount for block booking 6+ sessions. Please do get in touch if you wish to book further blocks of sessions.
Please note* Block booking is only availibe after the Initial session. Your intrductory call is classed a a session.

WHAT TYPE OF COUNSELLING DO I OFFER?
I offer humanistic counselling and have a holistic, person-centred approach. This means the focus of our sessions will be based on your current experiences. We will work at your pace and think about any issues which are having an impact on you now. This may include exploring historical events, relationships, unmet needs and any difficult decisions you may currently be facing. To support you through your counselling journey we will also explore your current resourcing and self-care needs.
OUR FIRST SESSION
We will discuss what has brought you to counselling at this time. You may want to share some of your story and describe what issues are currently impacting you. This first session is also a way for you to see how I work and ask any questions you may have. We might also think about your needs in terms of short or longer term counselling.
