Are you battling with depression and it’s leaving you feeling disconnected and cut off from others. I know how you’re feeling; I work with people just like you and others too, who are struggling in relationships, trying to manage stress, or coping with the distress of grief.
How might it be instead, to face each day feeling hopeful, safe, and connected; to find meaning and purpose? I’ll teach you effective practices to manage your anxiety and together we’ll explore the cause of your depression. We’ll explore the challenges you’re experiencing in your relationships and find ways to manage your stress. I’ll be with and alongside you through your grief journey. Whatever issue you’re struggling with, our work together will focus on alleviating your pain and suffering.
